• Day 1

  Dar es Salaam to Mkomanzi National Park

  You will depart from Dar es Salaam enjoying the passing sights of the countryside, chains of mountains and valleys, and many plantations. You will have your lunch along the way, arriving at Mkomanzi National Park in the afternoon. This amazing park is set below the verdant slopes of the spectacular Usambara and Pare Eastern Arc Mountain ranges and overseen by iconic snow capped peak of Kilimanjaro. Mkomazi’s breathtaking beauty exhibits unique natural treasures and immense sense of space.

  Nomadic by nature, wild dog might be seen almost anywhere in the park but black rhino are restricted to a fenced sanctuary, ensuring their safe keeping for future generations enjoyment and prosperity. Mkomazi supports several dry country specialist’s species that are rare elsewhere in Tanzania. You will proceed with your game drive until late in the evening when you will then drive to camp for dinner and your overnight at the Babu’s Camp.

• Day 2

  Mkomanzi National Park

  After an early breakfast, with lunch box in hand, you will take off on a full day game drive in the park. You will see many animals, among them several endangered species, particularly the black rhino and wild dog as well as many species of birds.

  You will spend the entire day moving around the park experiencing its beauty and what nature can offer to you until late in the afternoon. You will then drive back to camp where you can relax, enjoy dinner and then your overnight stay at the BabuÂ’s Camp.

• Day 3

  Mkomanzi National Park to Dar es Salaam

  After an early morning breakfast you will take off and experience one last game drive in the park. You will have the chance to take more memorable pictures of the surrounding area and the majestic wildlife. You will then return to camp and then drive back to Dar es Salaam, enjoying a hot lunch along the way. You will arrive in Dar es Salaam in the late afternoon. This is where your safari will end.End of Tour.
