Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast you will be driven to Lake Manyara National Park. The first view, as you approach the park is spectacular, regardless of direction! When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon with an impressive backdrop to the lake. If you come from the west, pause at the top of the escarpment and view the park that lies in a green strip below you and the lake glistening in the sunlight.
This beautiful park is at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment and is comprised of forest, woodland, grasslands, swamps and part of Lake Manyara itself. Upon arrival you will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and then take off on an afternoon game drive. Later in the evening you will check-in at the Twiga Lodge & Campsite where you can have a hot shower, a delicious dinner and turn in for your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you will check-out and travel to the Serengeti National Park. Today’s journey will take you to an amazing park, teaming with wildlife that numbers over 3 million large mammals that roam the plains. The extensive grasslands are interspersed with “kopjes” which are rocky outcrop islands in the flat plains, each with its own wildlife communities.
You will enjoy a picnic lunch along the way. You will take part in an evening game drive when you arrive in the park and later check-in at the Seronera Research hotel for a hot shower, dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park
You will enjoy a sunrise adventure in the Serengeti and then return to the hotel for breakfast. It is the migration of large mammals in search of fertile grasslands for which the Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over 1.5 million wildebeest and 400,000 zebra take part in this annual migration which essentially involves three famous and important protected areas: the Serengeti, Ngorongoro in Tanzania and the Maasai Mara Reserve in Kenya.
It is a clockwise migratory movement during which the animals start arriving at the eastern Serengeti’s short grass plains in late November through December where calving of the wildebeests takes place. At the end of the long rains the migration heads westwards and then turns north to arrive in the Maasai Mara Reserve in late August through September. You will enjoy a picnic lunch during today’s game drives around the park and later return to the Seronera Research Hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast you will check-out and drive to Ngorongoro for an amazing adventure on the crater floor. The wildlife inside the crater are not trapped but some migratory movements go in and out of the crater. Because of the protective habitat and the availability of grazing pastures and water, much of the animal population has become permanent residents. The crater is an ideal area for game viewing. It is the largest intact volcanic crater on the earth and considered “The 8th Wonder of the World".
An estimated 30,000 large mammals including buffalo, wildebeest, eland, hartebeest, elephant, hippo, lion and the endangered black rhino inhabit the 12 mile wide, 2,000 feet deep and 102 square mile crater. You will enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater floor and take part in an afternoon game drive. In the late afternoon you will ascend back to the crater rim and travel to the Twiga Lodge & Campsite for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire National Park - Arusha
After breakfast you will check-out and drive to the Tarangire National Park. It is the vast number of baobabs that first capture the eye as you enter the park. The gently rolling countryside is dotted with these majestic trees which seem to dwarf the animals that feed beneath them. You will enjoy a picnic lunch along the Tarangire River and then enjoy an afternoon game drive. During the dry season, the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of the Tarangire River.
A drive along the river will provide you with many opportunities to view large herds of wildebeest, zebra, elephant, eland, impala, buffalo and many others which have come to drink water and will continue to stay in the park until the onset of the rains when they start moving out again. In the late afternoon you will drive to Arusha and be dropped off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport to connect with your flight back home. This is where your safari will end.
