• Day 1

  Transfer to Murchison Falls NP via Ziwa

  After breakfast, you will meet our safari guide at your residence in Kampala/ Entebbe and thereafter be transferred to Murchison Falls national park. This is one of the most interesting destinations in Uganda and is well known for its wildlife, beautiful scenery and landscapes.

  Along the way you will stop at the only home to wild rhinos in Uganda, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, for a rhino tracking and photography experience and lunch. You will thereafter be transferred to Murchison falls national park for dinner and overnight stay at Budongo Eco lodge (FB).

• Day 2

  Chimpanzee tracking experience at Budongo forests

  You will start this day with an early morning breakfast in the lodge and thereafter be transferred to Budongo forests for the chimpanzee tracking forest. This forest has got different other primate and bird species that may be spotted during the chimpanzee tracking experience.

  With the help of the ranger guides allocated to you, you will have time with these chimps once they have been tracked. You will thereafter return to the lodge and prepare for a transfer to Fort Murchison Lodge (FB).

• Day 3

  Game drives, boat cruise and top of the falls hike

  After an early morning breakfast at the lodge you will get ready for a game drive in the famous delta plains for an encounter with different animal species here. Animal species to be spotted here include the Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes and many more. After lunch, you will proceed for the bottom of the falls boat cruise.

  At the comfort of your boat, you will see different animal species such as hipppos, crocodiles, elephants and buffaloes on the water’s edge; you will thereafter go for the top of the falls hike to the point where the Nile River explodes violently forming a very powerful waterfall. Later in the evening, dinner and overnight stay will be at Fort Murchison Lodge (FB).

• Day 4

  Morning Nile delta boat and sunset game drives

  You will start this day with an early morning Nile delta boat cruise on Murchison Falls national park. During this experience, you will encounter several bird species including the rare shoe-bill stork that may be spotted many animal species such as elephants, hippos and crocodile many also be spotted.

  You will thereafter return to the lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation, thereafter go for the sunset game drives in the park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Fort Murchison Lodge (FB).

• Day 5

  Morning Game drives and transfer to Kampala

  This day you will prepare for the morning game drives in the park and for another game viewing experience. You will explore the park to its best with perfect opportunities to take as many pictures as possible.

  You will thereafter proceed bfor a transfer back to Kampala/ Entebbe for your outbound flight.End of safari.End of tour
