• Day 1

  Transfer to Murchison Falls national park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

  After breakfast, you will meet our safari guide in Kampala who will thereafter transfer you to Murchison Falls national park, one of the best national park blessed with beautiful scenery, landscape and abundant wildlife.

  En route to the park, you will pass via the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for the Rhino tracking experience. Later in the evening, you will be transferred into the park for dinner and overnight stay at Fort Murchison Lodge (FB).

• Day 2

  Game drives, boat cruise and top of the falls hike

  After breakfast, you will start your day with a morning game drive in the northern circuit of the park. This delta region features rolling plains and animals such as giraffe, lions, elephant, buffalo and hartebeest. Later in the afternoon after lunch, you will go on a boat trip to the bottom of Murchison Falls. This is not an experience to be missed! The banks of the River Nile are home to many species.

  You may see huge Nile crocodiles, big pools of hippos and other wildlife that may come down to take water. You will thereafter proceed for the top of the falls hike to the point where the Nile river explodes violently forming a very powerful waterfall. Later in the evening, dinner and overnight stay will be at Fort Murchison Lodge (FB).

• Day 3

  Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

  Today you will make your way to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through its northern crater area along the way. The beautiful lakes and rich grasslands of this area make up some of the most breathtaking scenery in the park.

  Queen Elizabeth is well known for its beautiful scenery, landscape and variety of wildlife. Upon arrival, you will check in at Bush Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay on full board.

• Day 4

  Game drives and boat trip on the Kazinga channel

  This day you will set off on an early morning game drive to encounter early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. In the morning you are likely to meet elephants, spotted hyenas, leopards and lions. You will have your lunch at the lodge and then relax for a little while. In the afternoon, you will go on a unique, two-hour boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake Edward to Lake George.

  This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos, crocodiles, elephants and buffaloes in the area. This boat cruise sometimes is referred to as a “launch cruise” and offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching, and game viewing. Return for dinner and your overnight stay at the Bush Lodge.

• Day 5

  Morning Game drives and transfer back to Kampala

  You will start this day with an early morning game drive in the park for an encounter with the early risers as well as many other animal species found in the park.

  Explore the park to its best with chances of taking as many pictures as possible. You will thereafter return to the lodge for preparations and thereafter be transferred back to Kampala.End of Safari.End of tour.
