  Day 1: Nairobi

  Our Kenyan representative will receive you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer you to Southern Sun Mayfair Hotel where accommodation will be based on bed and breakfast.

• Day 2

  Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara

  After breakfast, depart Nairobi and start your Kenya safari expedition in the jewel of Kenya's parks, the world famous Masai Mara Game (Wildlife) Reserve. Full of life with various types of animals and birds, Masai Mara crown's the climax of every safari in Kenya. Its rolling grasslands and acacia savannah have time and again been captured on film with the movie "Out Of Africa" being the most famous. 
   
  Masai Mara is home to the "Big Five" (Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and Rhino) and over 450 bird species. Apart from the big five, the Masai Mara is most famous for the spectacular annual migration of over a million wildebeest, zebra, gazelle etc from the Serengeti in northern Tanzania crossing the Mara River into Kenya in search of fresh feeding grounds, which takes place between July and October. During this crossing, hundreds of animals are swept away by the first moving Mara River and others are killed by the ferocious African Crocodiles. This crossing gives true meaning to the phrase "Survival of the fittest". 
   
  After lunch, head out with your driver/guide for afternoon game drives in search of the shy and elusive leopard, other wild animals and over 450 species of birds of which 57 species are birds of prey. As the sunset starts to edge dip into the African horizon it will be the perfect opportunity for you to capture the beautiful Mara landscape on film. After dinner, enjoy the warmth of the roaring log fire before going to bed under the star filled African sky.

• Day 3

  Day 3-4 Masai Mara Game Reserve

  Spend the next two full days on early morning game drives before dawn, followed by breakfast upon your return to the camp. After breakfast you can go swimming in the pool under the African sun or just sit back and relax for the rest of the day. In the afternoon we return to the bush in search of wildlife, such as Thomson's and Grant's gazelle, elephants, lions, and the solitary and ill-tempered Rhino, among others.

• Day 5

  Day 5: Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru

  After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru Park, regarded by avid birders' as the greatest World ornithological spectacle on the Earth. The park is famous for its millions of pink flamingoes, arriving by mid morning at Lake Nakuru for a game drive en route before checking-in at the Lake Nakuru Lodge for lunch.

  Afternoon game drives followed by a walk along the shores which will also allow us to see the many wild animals in the park and especially the park is the Sanctuary to the Black Rhino, White Rhino and the Rothschild Giraffe. Here you'll have the chance to look out at some of the common species like the Lesser and Greater Flamingoes, African fish Eagle, Tawny Eagle, Green Wood Hoopoes, Cliff Chat, Great White and Pink Backed Pelicans plus other intra- African Migrants.

• Day 6

  Day 6: Lake Nakuru-Nairobi-Amboseli

  After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park via Nairobi. Lunch at Jacaranda Hotel in Nairobi and then proceed to Amboseli. Arrive early afternoon at Amboseli Sopa Lodge and then set out for late evening game drives. Located on the majestic snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli has large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, giraffes, lions, and a variety of other animals and birds all of which are attracted to this park due to its permanent supply of water that filters through the volcanic rock from Mt. Kilimanjaro’s melting snow.

• Day 7

  Day 7: Amboseli

  A dawn game drive will be the perfect time for photographing the humbling and magnificent Mt. Kilimanjaro the highest peak in Africa. We return to the lodge for breakfast and some R&R “rest and relaxation”, sunbathing, swimming or for those of you reading enthusiasts, you can read the day away in the well-stocked library with a relaxing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

• Day 8

  Day 8: Amboseli-Mombasa

  After breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive down to the coast and drop at Mombasa Serena Hotel where accommodation will be on Half Board in a standard room. Relax in the beaches on your own in the afternoon.

• Day 9

  Day 9: Mombasa-Zanzibar

  A representative of Mombasa Serena Hotel will transfer you to Moi International Airport, Mombasa; to catch the 1215hrs Fly 540 Flight 5H0441 to Zanzibar. Flight arrive Zanzibar at 1300hrs. A representative from Serena Zanzibar Inn will pick you from Zanzibar International Airport and transfer you to their hotel, where we will accommodate you in a Standard Room on half board (breakfast and dinner).

• Day 10

  Day 10: Zanzibar (Stone Town)

  Spend whole day in the beaches on your own as you enjoy your Zanzibar holiday.

• Day 11

  Day 11: Stone Town-North Zanzibar

  A representative from Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel will pick you from Zanzibar Serena Inn and transfer you to their hotel in the North Coast. Accommodation will be based on half board (breakfast and dinner).

• Day 12

  Day 12-13: North Zanzibar

  Spend whole day in the beaches on your own.

• Day 14

  Day 14: Zanzibar-Nairobi-Depart Home

  After breakfast, a representative from Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel will transfer you to Zanzibar Airport to catch the 1330hrs Fly 540 Flight 5H0442 to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Flight flies via Mombasa and arrive Nairobi at 1545hrs. You will then connect your international flight home.
