• Day 1

  NAIROBI

  Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, go through immigration and customs. You will then be briefed on your safari and transferred to your hotel located in the city centre of Nairobi. (lunch and dinner at own cost). The hotel is famed for its exceptional standards of efficiency, service and five-star hospitality.

• Day 3

  DAY 02 + DAY 03: LAIKIPIA

  Breakfast and drive to Mutamaiyu House, perched on a panoramic hilltop, with hundreds of miles of sun streaked savannah spread out below. This is a spectacularly refined retreat in one of Africa’s greatest wilderness areas –the 49,000 acre Mugie Wildlife Conservancy in Laikipia. These rugged plains and lush woodlands are home to some of the richest diversities of wildlife on the continent including four of the big five except for the rhino. Spend two nights here with day and night game drives, guided walks or visit local market and school.

• Day 5

  DAY 04 + DAY 05: NAIVASHA

  Breakfast and proceed to Lake Naivasha,a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick Papyrus. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with bird life while the waters draw a great range of game to the shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colombus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lakes large hippo population sleep the day out in the shallows.

  Spend 02 nights here with a visit to Hell’s Gate National Park lies beside the lake. This Park was named for its pair of massive red tinged cliffs framing a geothermically active interior of steam vents and bubbling springs. The park is home to a profusion of plains game and bird life. Walking is permitted, making it ideal for hiking, biking, and rock climbing.

• Day 8

  DAY 06 – DAY 08: MARA

  Breakfast and drive to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve , one of the most popular tourism destinations in Kenya. The reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland and a jewel to wildlife enthusiasts. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania it forms Africa’s most diverse, incredible and most spectacular ecosystems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing ecosystem.

  The Reserve was made famous by the abundance of the big cats, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah and the Great Wildebeest Migration and the Maasai people, well known for their distinctive custom and dress. On arrival at the airstrip you will be transferred to Royal Mara Safari Lodge-a luxury tented lodge at the banks of Mara River that is . Game drives and bush walks. Spend 03 nights here.

• Day 9

  NAIROBI-AIRPORT

  Breakfast and drive to Nairobi, light lunch en-route and drop off airport. END.
