• Day 1

  Arusha National Park

  Pick up from your chosen pre-accommodation to head to Arusha National Park for your first game drive. See if you can spot the elusive Colobus Monkey, which is generally only found in this park. Following this we head to Tarangire National Park. Overnight Tarangire Outside park.

• Day 2

  Tarangire National Park

  Breakfast is followed by a full day game drive through Tarangire National Park. Most well known for its abundance of Elephants. Many animals will flock there in the dry season in search of water, as the river is usually the only one that does not dry out. Overnight Karatu Country Lodge or similar.

• Day 3

  Lake Eyasi

  Lake Eyasi is a wild, scenically stunning area where you can get a real insight into the way some of Tanzanias fascinating tribes live. First stop is a visit to the Hadzabe tribe who are one of the last hunters and gatherers in the world.

  It is a hands on experience where you can attempt to shoot the bow and arrows and go hunting for the days food. Following this we can visit the blacksmith tribe. Watch and learn how they make the spears for the Hadzabe tribe as well as beautiful jewellery. Overnight Karatu.

• Day 4

  Serengeti National Park

  This 10 day safari is perfect for the avid explorer allowing 3 full days in the Serengeti, giving you the most opportunity to see as many animals as possible! Up early to catch the carnivores catching breakfast before the day becomes too hot.

  Take your chance at capturing pictures of the Big 5. Fall asleep under canvas listening to the animals around you is an incredible experience you will never forget!Overnight Serengeti.

  Serengeti National Park

• Day 7

  Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Olduvai Gorge

  Morning game drive in the Serengeti to make the most of your time exploring the magnificent Savannahs. An afternoon visit to Olduvai Gorge, where some of the last human footprints are preserved. Enjoy a packed lunch and hear about the history of the land/Overnight Ngorongoro Crater Rim.

• Day 8

  Ngorongoro Crater

  We make our way through the gates to descend the crater and explore the crater floor. Try your chance at spotting the elusive Black Rhino, the only animal you will not find in the crater is the Giraffe, as it cannot walk down the steep rim edge!Overnight Karatu Country Lodge or similar.

• Day 9

  Lake Manyara

  Enjoy a game drive through Lake Manyara. Ensure to look up in the trees in case you are lucky enough to spot the famous tree-climbing lions. A free afternoon to enjoy at your accommodation, alternatively add on an afternoon quad bike ride through the outskirts of Ngorongoro Conservation Area and coffee plantations. • Day 10

  Arusha

  Making our way back to Arusha for departure. Depending on your travel plans we can drop you off at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), Arusha Airport or to your chosen post--accommodation (which we can arrange for you at an extra cost).
