• Day 1

  Arusha to Tarangire

  After breakfast at the hotel your guide will pick you up to start the drive to The Tarangire National Park. This amazing park known as the home of Elephants is very unique, on your voyage you will get to see a few Masai villages along the way as well as some wildlife. Around noon to 1:00pm you will have a picnic lunch at a breathtaking designated picnic area surrounded by animals in their natural habitats.

  After lunch and a short break, you will depart for an afternoon game drive in the park. Expect to see animals such as Lions, Elephants, Zebras, Buffalo, Giraffes, Baboons, Hyenas, Eland, Kudu, Cheetahs, Warthogs, Blue Monkeys, Velvet Monkeys, and more... The Taragire Park provides shelter for over 500 species of birds. Before dark in the early evening you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Day 2

  Tarangire

  Upon finishing breakfast at the lodge you will spend this entire day in The Tarangire National Park having morning and afternoon game drives. This park is full of Elephants and Baobab Trees which are scattered everywhere.

  In the park there is The Tarangire River, which is the source of life for the animals there, this river attracts many species of animals from nearby protected areas especially during the dry reason. In the evening you will head to your lodge or hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 3

  Lake Manyara National Park

  After breakfast you will check out of the lodge and depart with packed lunches to the beautiful Lake Manyara National Park. This is a relatively small but diverse park is 120km west of Arusha. The park’s name means shallow salt lake, it covers a large area of the park flooding and drying with the seasons, it is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species.

  On your adventure in the park this day you will see Monkeys, Giraffes, Zebras, Wildebeests, Buffalos, Elephants and if you’re lucky Lions lounging in trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes; not only open grassy plains, but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab dotted cliffs.

  Lunch will be had at an amazing picnic area over looking the lake and an escarpment. After lunch you will continue your game drive slowly heading to the park exit. You will arrive at your hotel in the early evening for dinner and an overnight stay

• Day 4

  Ngorongoro Crater

  After breakfast you will depart with packed lunches to The Ngorongoro Crater (Conservation Area). Once you pass through the entry gates you will descend into the crater and spend the rest of the day on a game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera. It is almost 20km wide, approximately 600m deep and is known for its large variety of wildlife.

  In addition to viewing the Big Five (Rhinos, Leopards, Lions, Buffalos and Elephants) various springs attract animals such as Wildebeests, Gazelles, Reedbucks and countless bird species. You will stop to have lunch at a beautiful designated picnic area around noon then late in the afternoon you will proceed to your lodge located outside the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Day 5

  Arusha

  After breakfast at your lodge you will check out and start driving back to Arusha. Along the way you will have the option to take part in activities like a Masai cultural visit, cycling or visiting the local markets depending on your flight departure time. This is the last day you will have with us, your guide will bring you to the airport where we will wish you farewell as you continue on your adventure or head home.
