Arusha to Tarangire
After breakfast at the hotel your guide will pick you up to start the drive to The Tarangire National Park. This amazing park known as the home of Elephants is very unique, on your voyage you will get to see a few Masai villages along the way as well as some wildlife. Around noon to 1:00pm you will have a picnic lunch at a breathtaking designated picnic area surrounded by animals in their natural habitats.
After lunch and a short break, you will depart for an afternoon game drive in the park. Expect to see animals such as Lions, Elephants, Zebras, Buffalo, Giraffes, Baboons, Hyenas, Eland, Kudu, Cheetahs, Warthogs, Blue Monkeys, Velvet Monkeys, and more... The Taragire Park provides shelter for over 500 species of birds. Before dark in the early evening you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti
This day you will set off early in the morning heading towards the Serengeti National Park. En route there will be game drives and an opportunity to visit The Olduvai Gorge. After lunch you will drive into The Serengeti and the rest of the afternoon will be spent game viewing in vast plains that are broken only by stands of acacia trees and occasional kopje rock formations. In December, January and February you should be able to see The Great Migration with large herds of Wildebeests, Zebras, and Gazelles.
There are always plenty of resident animals to see, such as Giraffes, Buffalo, and Elephants, as well as many large predators such as Lions, Cheetahs, and Leopards. You will return to your special tented camp or lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Serengeti
Your guide will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year to see as many animals as possible, you will visit… a Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water living alongside crocodiles, watch prides of Lions, be in the middle of The Great Migration (surrounded by Wildebeests and Zebras).
You will journey from wide-open plains to kopjes rock formations, which are volcanic rocky outcrops that provide protection and shelter for a wide variety of animals. From the tops of the Kopjes (provided there are no predators around) you can look out across the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. In the evening you will return to your special tented camp or lodge for the night.

Ngorongoro
After breakfast you will depart with packed lunches to The Ngorongoro Crater (Conservation Area). Once you pass through the entry gates you will descend into the crater and spend the rest of the day on a game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera. It is almost 20 km wide, approximately 600 m deep and is known for its large variety of wildlife.
In addition to viewing the Big Five (Rhinos, Leopards, Lions, Buffalo and Elephants) various springs attract animals such as Wildebeests, Gazelles, Reed-bucks and countless bird species. You will stop to have lunch at a beautiful designated picnic area around noon then late in the afternoon you will proceed to your lodge located outside the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Arusha to Zanzibar
After breakfast at your lodge you will check out and start driving to The Manyara Air strip to catch a fight to Zanzibar with Coastal Aviation or Air Excel or may also drive back to Arusha and take a flight to Zanzibar from Arusha airport to cut down costs. Upon arrival you will be transferred from Zanzibar airport to Stone Town this scenic drive will take approximately 45 minutes giving you the opportunity to get a feel for this enchanting island.
After checking in you have the option of enjoying a fabulous seafood lunch before spending the afternoon soaking up the sun and adjusting to the relaxed pace of life on the coast. You may want to explore the fascinating network of cobbled streets, which make up Stone Town and get a feel for local life on the island.

Stone Town Tour
On This day you will visit Stone Town, which has been a World Heritage Site since the year 2000. Stone Town is a mesmerizing maze of narrow alleys with countless shops and stands. Buildings here date back to the 19th century, you will be enchanted by the citys beautiful mixture of Arabian and Swahili architecture. Stone Town is at the heart of the Ungunja Island which is the largest island in Zanzibar.
It has a population of just over 1000,000 people. A local guide will show you remarkable places in town like the central market, the former slave market, the Anglican Cathedral, the Tippu Tip House, the House of Wonders, the Old Fort, the Palace Museum, typical carved Zanzibar doors and last but not least the former residence of the Sultan and princess Salma.
