DAR - flight to Selous
On the first day of your Deluxe Mini Safari you will start by taking a domestic flight from DAR to to Selous game reserve. After checking in to your beautiful lodge-hotel, we will go on the first game drive safari in the Selous Game Reserve. Later you can relax at the lodge and maybe enjoy a dip in the swimmingpool.

In the morning we start with a game drive safari ¨You will have lunch in the hotel followed by afternoon boat safari on Rufiji River. The river is the largest in Tanzania, East Africa, draining most of the southern part of the country. Here you can be lucky to see hippos or some of the 440 different species of birds that habituate the area.

This day you will have another game drive safari. Later in the day you will escorted on a walking safari which will give you a very different experience of the wildlife. In this quiet way of moving through the scenery you are a participant rather than a spectator.

In the morning we have time for the last game drive safari, then after lunch you fly back to DAR.
