• Day 1

  Arusha - Tarangire National Park

  In the early morning, after breakfast, our driver will pick you up at Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel and drive you on an early morning game drive in the Tarangire National Park.

  When you arrive at the park, you will take part in an early afternoon game drive; followed by lunch at the Ganako Lodge where you will check-in. Later in the evening you will have dinner and then turn in for the night.

• Day 2

  Tarangire - Serengeti

  After breakfast you will check-out and head towards the Serengeti National Park through the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind you will descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.

  You will head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area; one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. This area features the Seronera River, a valuable water source to this region, thus attracting wildlife well representative of most of the Serengetis species. You will arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Later in the evening you will check-in for dinner and your overnight stay at Katikati Tented Camp.

• Day 3

  Serengeti - Ngorongoro

  After breakfast you will check-out and depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area; enjoying an exciting game drive along the way. You will stop-over at Olduvai Gorge, a site boasting with history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of Nutcracker and Handy Man; both very significant links in the chain of human evolution.

  You will arrive at Ngorongoro campsite in time for lunch and afterwards descend over 600 meters to the crater floor to view wildlife for a half days game drive. Later you will ascend the crater, check-in, have dinner and turn in for the night at Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge.

• Day 4

  Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara

  After breakfast you will check-out and descend again to the crater floor for a morning game drive. Inside the crater you are able to view the “Big 5”. After this game drive you will ascend the crater and drive to Lake Manyara where you will see buffalo, giraffe, zebra and many other species all set against the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Wall. Later in the evening you will check-in at the Fanaka Lodge where you will have dinner and your overnight stay.

• Day 5

  Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha

  After breakfast you will check-out and take off for a full game drive in Lake Manyara National Park with a packed lunch to enjoy while you travel around the park. The lake occupies a large area of the park, with the forest along the base of the Great Rift Valley and hot springs to the west of the park.

  The park is home to the infamous tree-climbing lion, buffalo, giraffe, hippo, troops of baboon, the majestic flamingo, ostrich, Egyptian geese and more. In the evening you will be driven back to the Arusha Tourist inn Hotel for your overnight stay. This is where your safari will end.
