Arrive Kigali
You will arrival at the Kigali Airport where you will meet your guide. Depending on your flight time of arrival you may be able to visit some of Kigali’s craft markets to browse amongst the to browse amongst the pottery, carvings, batik, weaving, sculpture, musical instruments, leather and fabrics on offer.
Prepare to use your haggling skills! All activities and purchases today are at your own cost. Later you will be transferred to Step town motel for overnight.

Genocide memorial and transfer to Rushaga
Today after breakfast you will visit the Genocide Memorial and Education Centre, which opened in 2004. It’s a dignified tribute to the victims, including a poignant Children’s Memorial, and a detailed description of the darkest hour in Rwandas recent history and after you transfer to Rushaga gorilla camp for overnight.

Gorilla Trekking
The highlight of your safari: a meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Especially hikers will love the tracking in the beautiful ecosystem of the park. It is difficult to foresee how many hours you will hike; it may take two to eight hours. Expect to walk a long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas.
But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. A unique and unforgettable experience! For conservation purposes, time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour. The ranger guide always briefs you on how to behave with these giant apes.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After yesterday’s thrilling Gorilla Tracking, you will take the relaxing drive heading to Uganda’s most popular game park, Queen Elizabeth National Game Park. You will have lunch en-route at a local restaurant and on arrival at the park if time allows, you will enjoy a game drive through the park. Dinner and overnight at Bush lodge.

Game drive and Boat safari on Kazinga channel
The day begins early when we start with a morning game drive and head to the mating ground of the Uganda Kobs. We search for lions, elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat before returning for lunch.In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George.
Thanks to the abundant birdlife that is sighted, and the elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari.Dinner and overnight at Bush lodge.

Transfer to Kibale National Park
We depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and head towards Kibale. Today the forest opens its doors in the afternoon for a sensational chimp tracking. Kibale Forest is reputable of having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa.
Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wildchimpanzee, red-tailed monkey, black-and-white colobus monkey and many others. Dinner and overnight at Kibale Forest Camp.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast we will depart for the most beautiful protected area in Uganda Murchison Falls National Park.Dinner and Overnight at Murchison River Lodge-River Tents. Its one of the longest days driving during this trip. But the scenery is very beautiful going threw tea plantations and lots of villages. So you have the opportunity to make few stops along the way to visit markets as well.

Game drive , Boat Safari on the Nile and Hike the waterfalls
After an early morning breakfast, you will enjoy a half-day game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, with chances of seeing elephants, giraffes, lions, hartebeests and a variety of birds. After lunch we will go on a Nile cruise for game viewing at close quarters. Hike to the Top of the fall and later return to the lodge.Dinner and Overnight at Murchison River Lodge-River Tents.

Transfer to Jinja
After breakfast, we bid farewell to the magnificent Murchison Falls National Park and head to Jinja. Lunch will be had en route.Optional activity: Rhino TrackingAt the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary you will go – together with an experienced ranger for a safari hike to the rhinos. You will see the rhinos in a very close range!Kidepo Valley and Murchison Falls National Parks once had both black and white rhinos; however widespread poaching during the Idi Amin era resulted in the disappearance of these majestic animals from the wild.
Founded in 1998, Rhino Fund Uganda works to reintroduce black and white rhinos into Uganda and runs a breeding program, as well as work to educate communities on endangered rhinos.Dinner and Overnight at The Kipling – (Royal Cottages).

Transfer to Sipi falls
After breakfast, a drive through the eastern part of Uganda takes you to beautiful Sipi Falls, on a plateau 1800m above sea level.The Sipi River flows over the foothills of Mount Elgon, forming a spectacular series of waterfalls (some nearly 100m high), surrounded by village walking trails and lush green coffee-producing hills. You will stay in a wonderful lodge. From your lodge you have beautiful views over one of the waterfalls. Overnight and dinner at Sipi River lodge.

Prepare yourself for a beautiful day in paradise. After breakfast, choose to go on a 3 hour or for the real adventurers hike through the region. A local guide accompanies you on your hike to explain flora, fauna and culture.Whichever option you choose, you can be certain that you pass many picturesque waterfalls, plantations and caves. Transfer to Kampala
Today we drive to Kampala after a relaxed breakfast. We have lunch along the way in Jinja at a place you can discuss with your tour guide. You can choose to do some site seeing in Kampala if time allows. Dinner and over night at Cassia Lodge. This lodge is close to Lake Victoria.The environment is cool with few mosquitoes and an astonishing view of the lake as well as the city.

Transfer to Entebbe
Depending on your flight time, discuss with your driver guide what time you have to leave to make it in time to Entebbe. Along the way you may be able to visit some of Kampala’s craft markets to browse amongst the to browse amongst the pottery, carvings, batik, weaving, sculpture, musical instruments, leather and fabrics on offer. Prepare to use your haggling skills! All activities and purchases today are at your own cost. Sadly after your city tour and time in Entebbe, it is the time to say goodbye to your driver guide and Uganda.
