This tour will start either in Rwanda or Kampala in Uganda. You will be staying in quality lodges and be able to do Gorilla tracking in both countries. Highlights include sighting of the Golden monkey in the Volcanoes National Park in Rwand a; Canoe trekking around the serene bank of Lake B unyonyi in Uganda, An exotic game drive adventure at Queen Elizabeth National Park; A tour at the rich tropical forest of Kibale National Park; Finally, we set foot at the renowned Murchison National Park.


  • Airport Pick up-Kigali City Tour & Genocide Memorial Sites

    Your guide will pick you up early in the morning and provide briefing on your upcoming safari. We begin our activity by taking you to the Rwanda Memorial Genocide site. This educational tour will walk you through Rwanda’s darkest time in,history from 1994 where close to one million people died.

    This eye opening experience will you provide you a deep understanding of Rwanda, hence a better appreciation of the other activities to follow.In the afternoon, we take you to your accommodation for check in, rest, and to prepare for the exciting safari ahead.

  • Gorilla Tracking (optional activity)

    Today is marked by a fascinating activity of Gorilla tracking in the Volcanoes National Park. Before you go for gorilla trekking, there will be great entertainment from the local people of Rwanda with the greatest cultural dance that one should not miss while in Africa.

  • Gorilla tracking in Mgahinga National park &Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

    Today, we set out to Mgahinga National park park in Uganda for gorilla tracking. This family is called Nyakagezi gorilla family which is composed of 10 individuals ie 5 silver backs, 2 adults females and 2 juveniles and 1 infant.After gorilla tracking in the Mgahinga national park, will see us traveling to Kisoro town for our lunch, It will be after this lunch that, Our final destination is at Lake Bunyonyi, which is the 2nd deepest lake in Africa after Lake Tanganyika.

  • Bird Watching in Bushara Island & Canoe Trekking around Lake Bunyonyi

    We begin with an exciting Bird watching safari at Bushara Island Camp. This cozy nook surrounded by lush green hills andswamps is a conducive place to relax. You can simply sit, read a book, and let time take its toll.In the afternoon, we set out for a canoe trek to enjoy the serene ambiance and breath taking views of Lake Bunyonyi.

    Also referred to as the“ place of many little birds”, Lake Bunyonyi encircles 29 islands of various shapes and sizes exuding a kind of grandeur, which has made this place synonymous to paradise.

  • Local Community Immersion & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    Today, we visit the local community in the area and immerse in their culture. You can meet and interact with the orphans, the children of Uganda. This is a chance to visit or volunteer for the underprivileged children of Mwendo where you will bewelcomed by traditional dances stemming from its rich history.

    In the afternoon, we travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for that once in a lifetime game drive adventure.

  • Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is the highlight of today’s activities. We begin with an informative orientation from the briefing center. The rangers will conduct the briefing then lead you to the forest for a walk in search of Gorillas.

    The park is home to colobus monkeys, chimpanzees, and birds such as hornbills and turacos. Most notably, half of the worlds population of the critically endangered mountain gorillas is found here as well. An up close encounter with the Mountain gorillas is a once in a lifetime experience-a memory that Uganda will leave with you to cherish.

  • Queen Elizabeth National Park

    After breakfast, we make our way to Queen Elizabeth National Park where you can see tree-climbing lions found in the southern area of the park lazily lying up on the branches of the huge fig trees. Also witness Uganda Kobs in the open Ishasha plains as well as other wildlife including elephants and Cheetah roaming freely in their natural habitat.

  • Tree climbing Lions Game Drive & Boat Safari at Kazinga Channel

    We will set out for a real Ugandan African adventure traversing through the bushes of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This park previously known in 1952 as Kazinga National Park was later on renamed to commemorate a visit by Queen Elizabeth II.

    Here you can see hippos, leopards, elephants, lions, and Chimpanzees among other 95 species of mammals and over 500 species of birds.After lunch, we proceed to Mweya peninsula for a boat trip through the Kazinga Channel. Here you will see wildlife along the banks of the channel including buffalo, elephants, birds, and hippos.

  • Transfer to Kibale National Park

    Passing through Fort portal town, we will make our way to a rich tropical forest in Uganda, Kibale National Park. The parkprovides shelter to roughly around 70 mammal species including chimpanzees, as well as over 375 species of birds.There will be no major activities today so you can relax and prepare for another exciting activity the following day.

  • Chimpanzee Tracking or Chimpanzee Habituation

    Tracking chimpanzees is a unique experience that makes Safari in Uganda at par with its neighboring East African countries. There is nothing more exotic than starring in a real African jungle adventure.

    You get the real Ugandan atmosphere as you move through the bushes and watch the Chimps swing through the steady branches. If you can’t get enough, you may opt to do the habituation experience, which means you can spend the whole day with these amazing creatures.

  • Hoima Town

    Today, we drive to Hoima Town, a municipal town in the Western Region of Uganda. You will be dropped off at your hotel to rest and prepare for the next day’s activity at Murchison Falls National Park.Trivia:Hoima Town is located in Hoima District in Western Uganda about 225 Km from Kampala City.

    It is the capital of the Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara and the King’s palace is less than 2Km from the town centre.

  • Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary & Murchison Falls National Park

    Be prepared to meet fifteen southern white rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a private, non-profit, animal sanctuary in Uganda. The sanctuary also offers interesting activities including rhino trekking, bird watching, nature walks and relaxation.In the afternoon, we head out to Murchison Falls National Park for a late game drive.

    This park boasts of the famous Murchison Falls, where the waters of the Nile River squeeze through a narrow gorge. This is also home to a number of mammals and has Ugandas largest population of Nile crocodiles.

  • Wildlife and Boat Safari on River Nile

    Today, we set our for an early morning game drive to find elusive predators such as Lions, Hyenas, Leopard, and Jackal among several others; all the while enjoying the beautiful savannah landscape.In the afternoon, we set out for a boat safari along the world-famous River Nile, which sets off at Paara, going upstream to the base of the Murchison Falls.

    While on cruise, you will see Crocodiles, Hippos, and lizards. You will also chance upon Buffaloes, Elephants and Antelopes quenching their thirst and cooling off the heat by the river banks.

  • Top of the Falls & Travel to Kampala

    We will make our way at the top of the falls on Murchison Falls National Park. This will be a hike lasting for almost an hour adjacent the Murchison falls.

    Though exhausting, this will all be worth as you feast your eyes with the amazing views of the falls at different spots along the trail.In the afternoon, we head back and depart for Kampala to your accommodation, which offers a great view of Lake Victoria.

  • City tour, Tour to buganda tombs & Kampala night life

    We will cap off your holiday with a city tour of Kampala. You can go shopping around the malls for souvenirs or pay a visit at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kasubi Tombs. This historical site is the burial ground of four kabakas (kings of Buganda) and other members of the Baganda royal family making it a respected place for the Ganda people as well as an example of traditional architecture.
