Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park includes Tarangire River and low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. You will enjoy your morning game watching through the natural vegetation consists mainly of Acacia woodland, giant African Baobab trees, and huge swamp areas. There, you will be able to see zebras, giraffes, impalas, buffalos, elephants, hartebeests, warthogs, harsh lions and birds when in season.
Afternoon will be spent by stirring the river banks to spy how wildlife behaves while drinking, who comes first, who comes last, and who dont drink at all, and how predators (lioness, cheetahs) hunt thirty ungulates (impalas, zebras, wildebeests) on the river. Both the river and the swamps act as a magnet for the local wildlife during the Tanzania dry season. The Tarangire National Park is home to three rare species of animals, the greater kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, and the ashy starlings.

Ngorongoro crater
After breakfast, you will descend to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a game drive followed by an afternoon ascend to the crater rim for Arusha. The volcanic caldera (the world largest) is full of grassland, a forest, and swamp, a setting of jaw-dropping beauty. Secondly, the permanent water of the Crater floor supports a resident population of more than 25,000 large mammals.
There, youll find many of the reasons you chose to come on safari: elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas, jackals, wallowing hippos, waterbucks, baboons, and even the rare black rhinos find shelter here.Sharing this awesome space with the animals are the Maasai, grazing their cattle in an area which has been a separate conservation area since 1956 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1978. This harmonious cohabitation of man and beast makes Ngorongoro unique in Tanzania. After your game drive, you will have a picnic lunch in the crater before you return to Arusha.

Mount Kilimanjaro Day trip Hike
A day Tour to experience the thrill of Africa’s highest mountain. An early morning pick-up from your hotel as we head for the Marangu Gate. While others around us are steeling themselves for the five or six-day trek to the summit, we aim more modestly for Mandara Hut. While others will spend their first night there, on this trip we will use Mandara simply for a rest point before we return down the mountain.
We start our climb at 1900 metres above sea-level, and trek uphill, through rainforest and with a glimpse perhaps of some blue monkeys. At these lower altitudes, there are good opportunities to observe a wonderful variety of mammals, birds, insects and plant-life, including towering eucalyptus trees and Colobus monkeys. Our highpoint at Mandara will be 2720 metres, our total walking time can be up to 6.5 hours (return journey). As other trekkers continue upwards, bound for the summit, we will make the descent again and return to Arusha.End of Tour
