Discover the Tarangire National park

Depart from Arusha after breakfast and make your way to Tarangire National Park. The opportunity to observe an elephant with no other vehicles around is a rarity in African national parks – but one that can still occur in Tarangire. This park is proudly home to some of Tanzania’s largest herds of elephant, which wander gracefully among populations of lions, leopards and cheetah.
This park is also distinguished from its northern sisters by its unique ecosystem, which supports unique wildlife including the oryx and the gerenuk – two ancient looking antelope who favor dry grassland. The Kori Bustard is another unique and impressive sighting in this landscape, given that it is the world’s heaviest flying bird. Explore the Endless plains of Serengeti
Today start very early in the morning, After an indulgent breakfast, your day will begin with your departure for the famous Serengeti National Park crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arriving in the park early in the day, you will embark on a full day game drive for an adventurous Tour through the vast plains of the area. Of course, most who visit the Serengeti come in hopes of spotting Africa’s Big Five.
Aptly named by hunters for being the most dangerous and difficult mammals to hunt on foot, this group has come to characterize an African safari. Moments with lions, leopards, rhinoceros, elephant, wildebeest and buffalo are coveted by all lucky enough to see them, and in this environment rife with life, spotting will not be difficult. Spend the day venturing in and out of the shade as you search for a herd of elephants splashing in the river, or a lion lazing with his cubs in the shade of an acacia tree. In the late afternoon drive to the comfort of your tented camp.

Ngorongoro Crater
Very early in the morning have a morning game drive in the plains of serengeti as you depart to Ngorongoro crater. Descend into the crater for a day’s game drive along the constant lush green grounds, where the most majestic animals of the African wild can be found. With black rhino grazing the grassland, and lions lazing about the cushioned grass, there is no end to the beauty and splendour of the crater.
Ungulates, including gazelle and zebra, stipple the crater floor as they feast on the fresh grasses and plentiful water sources. Impressive prides of lions lurk along the perimeter, either scouting out potential prey or feasting on a recent kill. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best places to view lions in Africa, since the natural enclosure of the crater has created incredibly high lion density. After a bush picnic, Continue with the adventure as you ascend the opposing side of the crater. The day concludes with a Tour along the crater plateaus, as you head to your lodge.

The Majestic Lake Manyara
Wake up to another beautiful sunrise in Tanzania. After breakfast you will head out to explore the depths of Lake Manyara National Park. The orange and gold sky fills the distance until you see Lake Manyara no longer reflecting the gold of the sun but shining bright pink in the morning air. Known for its birdlife, flamingos are exceptionally prevalent at the lake, and they shine as bright as the sun along its shore.
As you drive along, bumping through the track roads, pay attention to the trees for Lake Manyara is also known for its tree-climbing lions. Lazing comfortably among the branches. The lions climb the trees to better see the terrain, searching for signs of prey that would be invisible to them in the high brush of certain areas. Between the tree-dwelling lions and the flock of flamingos, there is a collection of color and movement of other wildlife that swirls through and around the Lake. In the late afternoon find your way back to Arusha or to the airport for your next plans.
