Description

This is 4days and 3nights in the largest game reserve in Tanzania. Selous vast game reserve is only about 5 hours from Dar, and is perfect for your weekend or weekdays safari. Selous scenery is amazing with its green and lush landscape, hippo lakes, and large number of giraffes, zebras, elephants, and lions. Here you can also do both boat safaris and walking safaris for a bit more excitement. You can tailor your weekend Tour anyway you want.

  • We pick you up at 07:00 am, and depart to Selous for lunch at Wilderness camp and boat safari

    We pick you up at 07:00 am, and depart to Selous for lunch at Wilderness camp and boat safari At 07:00 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and depart to Selous Game Reserve, arrival for hot lunch. Around 15:00 proceed with a 2-3 hour boat safari in the Rufiji River until sunset. Dinner and overnight will be at Selous wilderness camp.

    Full Game Drive in Selous with Picnic Lunch After breakfast, you will have a full day game drive in Selous Game Reserve with a packed picnic lunch inside the park. All day youll be able to spot hippos, crocodiles, lions, hunting dogs, giraffes, zebras, elephants, and even leopards if youre lucky. Dinner and overnight will be at Selous Wilderness tented camp.

    Early morning walking safari in Selous and drive back to Dar es salaam After an early breakfast, you will have a walking safari accompanied by a local expert guide as well as an experienced ranger. Here you will have the chance to touch the wild. After brunch at the lodge, we drive back to Dar es salaam.
