• Day 1

  Arrival in Uganda and transfer to Kampala

  On the day of arrival you will be picked from Entebbe by our guide and he will take you to ICU guesthouse in Kampala. The Guide will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Depending on the time of arrival you will have a briefing with the guide.

• Day 2

  From Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park inclusive Rhino tracking

  Today you will set of at 07.30 AM The first stop will be at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will go for Rhino tracking. Ziwa Rhino sanctuary is the only place in Uganda where you can find the White Rhino. After tracking the Rhinos you will have lunch and continue the journey to Murchison Falls National Park.

  Around 5 pm you will arrive at Fort Murchison, where you can enjoy the scenery and maybe you are lucky to spot some Elephants who are a regular visitor to the Camp.

• Day 3

  Game drive and Boatride in Murchison Falls National Park

  The day will start early with a morning game drive, the game drive will take you to the delta in Murchiosn Falls. In this area you have the biggest chance of spotting most of the wildlife since they all come here to drink. After the morning game drive you will enjoy lunch and prepare for the boatride to the foor of Murchison falls. The boatride will take about two hours.

  At the foot of the falls you will get out of the boat and hike to the top of the falls, to enjoy the view and see the River Nile being forced through just a few feet of rock. At the top of the falls your guide will pick you up and take you back to the lodge.

• Day 4

  Murchison Falls National Park to Kidepo Valley National Park

  Today will be a travel day. From Fort Murchison to Karenga via Gulu and Kitgum. You will experience the changes in landscape, climate and even the people. Northern Uganda is very different from the central and western part of the country.

  From Gulu we are leaving behind the tarmac roads, but the roads are under construction so maybe by the time you reach there will be a tarmac road. In Kitgum you wil have a stop over for lunch and fuel. From Kitgum it takes about 2 hours to reach Karenga, depending on the road condition. Upon arrival you will check in at Buffalo base and have dinner.

• Day 5

  Walking Safari and Game drive in Kidepo Valley National Park

  At 06.00 Am the day will start and you will go for a sensational walking safari in Kidepo Valley National Park. During the walk you will go places where a safari vehicle is not able to reach. The views and scenery are amazing. After the walk you will enjoy a well deserved lunch at the centre of the park, Apoko.

  After lunch you wil go on a game drive to explore the park further and to see if you can get a glimpse of the many animals in the park. At the end of the day, around 5PM you will go back to Buffalo Base to enjoy and particiapate in a local traditional dance excuted by a local cultural group.
