DAr Es Salaam to Mikumi
Trip Start in Dar Es Salaam. Early morning our driver will pick you up from Hotel or another agreed point and start safari to Mikumi National Park; the trip will take approximately 5 hours to arrive Mikumi NP. Arriving in lunch time and after lunch Start Game drive.

Full day in Mikumi
Full day in Mikumi game viewing – Mikumi NP is one of Tanzania’s larger parks and has excellent bird life as well, as being good for viewing predators, there is a rich variety bird species as well as large numbers of giraffes, buffaloes and elephants and close to the water holes also lions, leopards and hippos. Mikumi National Park is mostly miombo woodland with gently rolling hills. After game drive depart to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Mikumi-Udzungwa-Lazy Lagoon
Morning breakfast at the camp and start trip to Udzungwa – Wonderful Walking in Udzungwa Park, enjoying and experience the stunning natural beauty of the park. Exploring the area wonderful Sanje waterfall endemic Red Colobus Monkey and beautiful scenery. A visit to Sanje Falls is a truly magnificent experience. You will never forget standing at the base of a 180m waterfall or jumping through one of the smaller falls into a plunge pool for a swim. There are great monkey watching opportunities on the hike and endemic African Violets-St Paulia sp grow on the rocks in the spray zone behind the second waterfall. The top of the fall at 800m above sea level is just starting to enter the elfin sub-montane forest festooned with mosses and lichens. This is one of the most beautiful places in Tanzania. Picnic lunch in the bush then proceed to the way to Lazy Lagoon for overnight.

Lazy Lagoon
Full relax on the beach with the possibility of various activities, such as walking historic and sightseeing trip, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, cultural Tours.Lazy Lagoon Lodge is built using local materials and traditional Swahili architecture. All the buldings have tall steep roofs designed to “catch“ the sea breezes, keeping you cool in African heat. The rooms have en suite bathrooms, outdoor hammocks, large beds and the well sized veranda’s allow for a private and scenic view of the Indian Ocean. The view from the rooms and main area favour a typical sunrise over Zanzibar whilst the fishing boats pass to go out to sea and sunset over the palm trees of Bagamoyo. The island has a great little eco-system. You are likely to see bush babies, suni antelope and bush pig, and of course the amazing diversity of birdlife. The seas round here are filled with exotic and tropical marine life and the natural mangrove forests harbour ideal nesting areas for water birds.

After breakfast back to Dar Es Salaam by Boat. In Dar our driver drop you up to origin point and your trip ends.
