• Day 1

  Arrival at the Airport and transfer to the hotel

  On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be received by our company staff that will transfer you to your hotel/lodge for overnight stay. Also, it’s on this very day that the guide will take you through all the necessary briefing regarding the safari that will commence the next day.

• Day 2

  Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park

  This day involves travelling from Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National park taking Kampala-Mbarara route. Along the way, you will enjoy a lot of beautiful and eye catching encounters foristance the traditional drums making Centre at Mpambire. The drive to Queen Elizabeth national park also gives you an opportunity to visit the equator line where you can take photos.

  Proceed and have a stopover at Igongo museum-Biharwe Mbarara for lunch and have a visit to the museum for cultural and tradition experience about the local communities. After here, travel to Queen Elizabeth national park.

• Day 3

  Game drive and boat cruise on the Kazinga channel

  You start this day’s activities by having a game drive in Queen Elizabeth national Game Park. This activity focuses on giving you personal encounter with the wilderness of Queen Elizabeth National Game Park. Queen Elizabeth national Game Park has several beautiful crater lakes that wind through the rolling hills, the Kazinga channel with an awesome view of both land and water adapted animals such as hippos lined up at the shores. With a vegetation cover of grassland, acacia woodland, tropical rainforest and a variety of wetlands this park is home to different animal species and birds.

  In addition, you may see the amazing big game hippos, elephants and buffalos. Your trip will enable you understand how these animals thrive in the grasslands and shorelines. You may also encounter warthog, waterbuck, Uganda kob, topis and monkeys as they play about in the trees. Bold baboons will not be hesitant to steal your snacks if you do not close the car windows.

• Day 4

  Travel from Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi impenetrable Forest

  Start the day by travelling to Bwindi forest by passing through the Ishasha sector. This route consists of areas that are habitats to different wildlife species including the tree climbing lions which are likely to be seen as you drive through the Ishasha sector. On arrival in Bwindi -Buhoma, check in at your accommodation for overnight stay and prepare for the next day’s activities of gorilla trekking.

• Day 5

  Gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable forest

  This day will begin by assembling at the briefing point for guidelines about this amazing activity. After briefing by the specialized site ranger, you head to the forest. The trekking duration is determined by the position where the gorillas spent the night and their feeding range. Once the gorillas are found, you’re allowed to spend an hour with them.

  You will enjoy this memorable experience as you stand just few meters from the gorillas watching them feed; play and even watching them bond with their young ones. You will be amazed at how these creatures have so much resemblance with human beings. After this activity, you will relax at your lodge for next day’s adventure.

• Day 6

  Travel to Kampala

  On this day, transfer to Kampala for yet another interesting activity the next day. On the way, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the magnificent landscape such as hills, plantations and cattle fields in addition to seeing herds of the indigenous Ankole cow. Have a brief visit at the equator line for yet another exciting excursion.

  It’s marvelous to have pictures taken underneath the Equator Sign. Generally, people tend to carry out nonscientific experiments, most of them are manipulated illusions and not authentic, but fun to watch. There are also Curio and Souvenir Shops that you can visit. A couple of them have their wares nicely displayed and make it easier to shop for crafts, including of course the Equator T-Shirt that is a must buy for many visitors and others.

• Day 7

  Travel to Jinja for White water rafting and departure

  Drive to Jinja for white water rafting. The road to Jinja passes through Mabira forest- an eco-forest and second largest in Uganda and famously known for zip-lining, birding, nature walks among others. Proceed to Jinja town famously known as an adventurous town with lots of activities and White- water rafting as the main highlight of this day. After this adventurous activity, travel to Kampala or Entebbe International airport.
