• Day 1

  Tarangire National park

  After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the lodge to start the journey towards Tarangire National Park. The mix of habitat in Tarangire is incredibly diverse and not found anywhere else along the northern Safari circuit. With the exception of the critically endangered black rhinoceros, Tarangire is famous for its large numbers of elephants and is home to all of TanzaniaÂ’s most iconic animals. We will explore until the late afternoon before settling down in a luxurious Swala Camp for cocktails in the sunset, a warm dinner and overnight stay in your exclusive tent.

• Day 2

  Tarangire to serengeti

  Begin your day with a big breakfast to get ready for a scenic drive towards Serengeti, passing the Ngorongoro Crater view point. It is a scenic and adventurous route, with plenty of opportunities to spot animals on along the way. Discover the Great Plains of Serengeti and spot the big cats until late afternoon. Tonights accommodation is the famous Ubuntu Camp. Shadowing the wildebeestÂ’s every move, Ubuntu Camp uncovers fascinating and unexplored corners of this great wilderness, ensuring that first-class game viewing is never far away. With their unwavering focus on keeping pace with the migration, UbuntuÂ’s guides have an enviable reputation for bringing this remarkable natural phenomenon to life. The camp itself is intimate and personal, and the seven spacious tented suites epitomise traditional East African Safari charm.

• Day 3

  Serengeti National park

  Your guide will know the best spots to get up close with the herds. Along with the herds, come the predators, so you are in for some spectacular experiences. Explore the acacia savannas and grasslands of the Serengeti for opportunities to see wonderful variety of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, wild dog elephant, giraffe, buffalo and countless other animals. Picnic lunches are served in the wilderness. Discover until the sunset, before returning to the Ubuntu camp for a delicious dinner and relaxing time around the fire.

• Day 4

  Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater

  Set out for the journey from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, the world’s largest unflooded caldera (collapsed cone of a volcano). Ngorongoro Crater’s abundance of food and fresh water supports more than 30,000 large mammals. We’ll drive to the bottom of the crater for thrilling wildlife experience in search of the rare Black Rhino. The crater floor provides also a great chance to spot Africa’s “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard). Explore until the Sunset before settling down in the lodge, located on the crater rim.Spend a night in award winning Highlands Camp. Set on the edge of the mountain forest hugging the Olmoti volcano to the north of Ngorongoro Crater, The Highlands strikes a perfect balance between a true wilderness experience and a high-style, contemporary escape.

• Day 5

  Ngorongoro to Arusha

  This morning you will have a chance to either sleep in a little longer or wake up at 6 am to drive the last time to the Ngorongoro Crater floor. Around noon, traveling across the hills of Ngorongooro, you will start your return towards Arusha. If your travel schedule allows, your guide can take you to visit the local market in Arusha Town before heading to the airport.End of Tour
