Dar Es Salaam

You will be collected from the international airport and transferred to SlipWay Hotel, on the peninsula in Dar Es Salaam. Time dependent, take some time to explore the craft markets and take dinner overlooking the ocean. Overnight SlipWay Hotel, full english and continental breakfast included.

Ngorongoro Farmhouse, Karatu and Ngorongoro Crater

You will be collected from your hotel in Dar and transferred to the domestic airport. Take the short flight to Arusha where you will be met by your guide. Drive in a private 4x4 vehicle to Ngorongoro Farmhouse, Karatu, close to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro Farmhouse is a welcoming lodge, situated Only 5 minutes from the gate to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Take a short coffee walk in the afternoon, or relax at the lodge. Optional cultural activities are also available at extra cost.

On day 2 take a day trip into Ngorongoro Crater, in a private 4x4 pop-up roof vehicle. The crater is the worlds largest inactive, unfilled volcano, and the Only conservation area in Tanzania that protects wildlife whilst allowing human habitation. Here you will enjoy great game viewing and dramatic scenery with the chance to see black rhino. Overnight at Ngorongoro Farmhouse.

Kiota Camp, Serengeti National Park

Drive by private vehicle to the central Serengeti. Stay in the newly built Kiota Camp, which is situated in one of the best areas for resident wildlife viewing, the Seronera Valley. Kiota Camp is a small and intimate tented camp, offering great service and delicious food. Explore the Serengeti National Park from Kiota Camp, which is situated in an area thought to be one of the best places in the park to see big cats. During the months of March to June there is a good chance of seeing aggregations of wildebeest and zebra preparing for the Great Migration.

Serengeti to Zanzibar

Fly from Serengeti to Zanzibar, and spend four days at the Shooting Star Lodge on the east coast. Here there are options (extra costs) to dive, snorkel, and take dhow cruises. Take a day trip to Jozani Forest, or spice Tours in Stone Town (extra costs). Or simply immerse yourself in the slow pace of the island and enjoy the beautiful beaches, excellent hospitality and great food! A romantic private dinner and other romantic treats are available for honeymooners!

Spend four days at the Shooting Star Lodge on the east coast. Here there are options (extra costs) to dive, snorkel, and take dhow cruises. Fly to Dar Es Salaam
