Sand Rivers
Take a car service from your hotel to the domestic airport in Dar. After a short flight you will be picked up at the airstrip in Selous by a friendly welcome from the Sand Rivers guides. Enjoy some refreshments on the Way to camp, settle in and take your pick of afternoon activities including games drives, boat trips and walking safaris (latterly at extra cost).

Kigelia Camp
After breakfast at Sand Rivers you will be escorted back to the airstrip for the short hop over to Ruaha National Park. You will again be met at the airstrip by the Kigelia guides and taken back to Kigelia Camp via a game drive through the contrasting Ruaha landscape. After lunch, head out to explore and find Ruahas spectacular wildlife and scenery.

Unwind in camp and appreciate the different environment. Morning and afternoon game drives and bush walks at your leisure. One night drive is also included in the price. Be inspired by the wilderness around you from this small and intimate camp of Only 6 tents.

Chada Katavi
After breakfast head to the airstrip for an early morning flight to Katavi National Park and the beginning of the western Tanzania leg of your safari. You will be met by the guides from Chada Camp and escorted back to camp via a short game drive. A unique and different environment again to stimulate your senses.

Your Safari gets even more remote. Explore the seldom visited wilds of Katavi with game drives, bush walks and even a night drive is included. Option for highly recommended night under the Star fly camping out in the bush. Enjoy a sundowner outside camp.

Greystoke Mahale
Saving the most wild and remote for last, take breakfast at Chada Camp before your flight to Mahale Mountains National Park on the shores of Lake Tanganyika. Then it is a short boat ride from the airstrip to a warm welcome at Greystoke Mahale. Settle into the wonderful camp and browse the multitude of activities on offer.

You have four nights to unwind and and take in the magic of Mahale. The main event is hiking into the mountains to find Chimpanzees, one hike is included each full day. You can also go for boat rides, forest walks, fishing and snorkelling, which are all included. Take dinner on the beach by the lake.
