• Day 1

  Arusha to Tarangire National Park

  This morning, you will be met at your Arusha accommodation by your Safarihub driver-guide and safari consultant for a full safari briefing. After your briefing, depart with picnic lunches to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Lesser kudu, eland, lion and gerenuk can be found in this beautiful park, noted for its multitude of baobab trees and the greatest concentration of elephants in Africa. Late afternoon, head to your lodge overlooking the Great Rift Valley wall. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge (B, L, D).

• Day 2

  Ngorongoro Crater Visit

  Have an early breakfast and then descend the 2,000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day crater Tour with picnic lunch. Explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants; the lake area, where you may see the flamingos; and the open savannah, where the lions hunt for food. If your are lucky, you might even have the chance to see the elusive black rhino!

  Late afternoon, head to your lodge situated on a picturesque hill with spectacular views onto Oldeani Mountain and the Ngorongoro Crater Rim, extending all the way to Lake Eyasi and Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Oldeani Lodge (B, L, D).

• Day 3

  Ngorongoro to Serengeti

  After breakfast, drive to the Central Serengeti, with game viewing possible en-route. Enjoy a full afternoon exploring the worldÂ’s most famous wildlife preserve. Late afternoon/early evening, head to your tented camp for relaxation and dinner. The evening is yours to enjoy. Dinner and Overnight at Ole Serai Luxury Camp Moru Kopjes (B, L, D).

• Day 4

  Serengeti National Park

  After breakfast, delight yourself with a full day of game viewing in the Central Serengeti. Millions of animals and birds thrive in the parkÂ’s vast Savannah and hilly woodlands. You will see plentiful species of plains game, lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, elephant, hippo, giraffe and numerous fascinating lesser-known animals.

  The Serengeti may be best known for its great annual migration (which passes through this area in June, October, and November), but the resident populations of animals are excellent all year round. Dinner and Overnight: Ole Serai Luxury Camp Moru Kopjes (B, L, D).

• Day 5

  Serengeti National Park

  After breakfast, depart for another full-day game drive in the Serengeti with picnic lunches. Alternatively, you can enjoy a hot lunch back at your camp and head out again for more game viewing later in the afternoon. Return to camp for an evening at your leisure, with a delicious dinner. Dinner and Overnight: Ole Serai Luxury Camp Moru Kopjes (B, L, D) Optional: Take a hot-air balloon ride over the vast Serengeti plains for the ultimate game viewing experience.

  Arrive at your launch site before dawn; take off as the sun rises. Your journey gives you a bird’s eye view of the wildlife as you look for leopard in the branches of an acacia tree. After your 40-60-minute ride, you will be met by the ground crew for a traditional “Champagne toast” followed by a magnificent breakfast, cooked and served in the Serengeti. The special cost for this is $570 per person. Advance reservations are required at the time of booking your safari.

• Day 6

  Fly from the Serengeti to Arusha

  After breakfast, you will depart with an en-route game drive to Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Arusha, departing at 11:10am. On arrival at Arusha airport at 12:20pm, you will be met and transferred to Arusha town to your drop-off point.
