The day begins early as we go for our morning game drive, heading for Kasenyi plains, towards the Kobs mating grounds, in search for wildlife that may include the Bushbuck, Waterbuck, Elephants, Buffaloes, lions, Leopards and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The game drives normally take 2-3 hrs before returning for breakfast.

In the afternoon we take on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural link between Lake Edward and Lake George. The Channel accommodates abundant wildlife, hundreds of birds that are sighted fishing in the channel and hundreds of hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari then dinner and overnight.

  • Queen Elizabeth, back to Entebbe

After breakfast we will take a tour to Katwe salt lake, the biggest of the only 2 productive salt lakes in this park and western Uganda as a whole. Here salt is extracted locally by the local communities, for them to earn a living for their families. You will also be able to know the protective gears these people need for their bodies while at work.

We later proceed on to Entebbe, with a lunch stopover at Agip Motel Mbarara. We later proceed on to Entebbe, with another stopover at the Equator, for toilet break and souvenir shopping. From there, we drive straight to the airport for your flight home.
