Description

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a biodiverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. its home to many of the worlds remaining mountain gorillas. In the park, rough paths weave amid dense forests, which are home to many butterflies andaround 350 species of birds.

  • Transfer to your hotel

    Our driver will be waiting to pick you at Entebbe International Airport and drive you to the guest house for dinner and overnight at one of the best guest houses in Entebbe. You will prepare yourself for an early morning road drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

  • Entebbe -Bwindi

    An early morning start from Entebbe takes you southwest and you will have some stop overs along the way and across the Equator, arriving to Bwindi impenetrable National Park late in the evening. Check in your hotel for Dinner and Overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Lodge. B.L.D.

  • Gorilla Tracking

    Depart after an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide; enter the Bwindi for your Uganda Gorilla trekking adventure. The forest offers dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists.

    The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of the mountain gorillas. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savored. In the evening, you will visit Batwa community and later retire at your hotel for Dinner and Overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Lodge. B.L.D.

  • Transfer back to Entebbe

    Depart Bwindi with great memories of the moments spent with the fascinating Mountain Gorillas. Transfer back to Kampala with lunch en-route. Depending on your flight schedule, our guide will take on a shopping spree in some of the many African crafts in Kampala and later drop you off to the airport in time for your flight back. B.L.
