A remarkable escape into Uganda’s wilderness, discover the Pearl of Africas wildlife on your 2days safari to Murchison Falls National Park. Located in the North western part of the country at the northern end of the Albertine rift valley, the park is endowed with a rich blend of nature ranging from dotted palm savanna to the astonishing waterfalls and idyllic Nile that hosts wildlife in harmony including the African Elephant, Hippopotamus, RothschilÂ’s Giraffes, the elusive Lions and bird-life.

  • Departure from Kampala to Murchison Falls, do an evening Game drive

    After an early breakfast at your hotel/ overnight accommodation, you will meet with the guide and then start off an early transfer on the journey northwest of the country from Kampala onward to Murchison Falls through the pleasant Nakasongola-Luweero countryside. En-route, break-off in Masindi for lunch or have it in the park at the lodge.

    You will go for an evening game drive to lookout for the wildlife roaming the pleasant savanna fields, with chances of seeing Buffaloes, African Elephant, the Rothschilds Giraffes, Jacksons Hartebeests and many others which frequent the Northern section of the park. You will later in the evening head to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

  • Launch cruise along the Nile, top of the falls visit and transfer back to Kampala

    Start with an early breakfast at the lodge, later head to Paraa a starting point for a launch cruise along the Nile. The 2hours boat cruise from Paraa upstream to the bottom of the exciting falls presents you moments to spot wildlife like birds, Nile crocodiles and Hippopotamus as well as other mammals along the banks.

    After the launch, you either decide to have an adventurous hike to visit the top of the exploding falls at Bakers point or be driven there and this presents opportunities to take the best photographs on your tour. You later will leave the park for Masindi where you will enjoy your lunch and then transfer back to Kampala, onward to the airport or be dropped off at your hotel.
