YOUR ACCOUNT

You register by selecting the sign in / sign up tab located on the top right side of the window
You can access your profile by login > and select My Profile tab on the dropdown.
You can edit your profile details such as username, profile image or email on your "My Profile" tab after login.
You can reset your password by using our password reset link found on the Login tab under the hyperlink "Forgot Password?" that will allow you to reset your password via your email.

UPLOADING PHOTOS

You can upload photos to your profile or upload directly to the gallery of a hotel, attraction or tour operator package. You can also delete any photo you upload via your profile page under your tab "Photos."

BOOKING A HOTEL OR TOUR PACKAGE

You can make two kinds of bookings on iSafiri depending on the availability of the hotel booking or tour package. One is via email and the other is a direct booking checkout which is processed via any major credit card. Both booking options are dependent on the Hotel or tour operator ability to accept bookings and payments.
After you book a hotel or package, you will be able to view your booking information via email confirmation or via your profile under “Bookings” where you can view or print your receipt.
Every booking has the respective cancellation policy posted on the checkout page and we recommend that you review it thoroughly before commencing your booking. Any disputes that arise are handled via mediation via the Hotel or Tour operator and our team at iSafiri. We will do our best to make sure that an amicable agreement is reached between both parties.
