Our first stop is at Ssezibwa Falls in-between Kampala and Jinja. This is a beautiful waterfall where you will take a guided walk. The falls is a culturally important spot for the BUganda kingdom. Afterwards we continue on to Jinja and you head out for a boat journey to the source of the mighty river Nile. We have lunch either before or after the visit to the source of the Nile depending on time. If time allows it is possible to add a visit to the center of Jinja as well.

We start the journey toward Mabamba Swamp, a bit south of Entebbe. If you are lucky we might make some interesting sightings of birds along the way. When reaching Mabamba swamp we go out in small boats to search for the Rare Shoebill stork, lesser jacana, marsh harriers, African pygmy-goose, whistling ducks if its the right season the blue swallow, blue breasted bee eater plus many more aquatic birds of Uganda.
