This is a Uganda Culture-experiential safari. Your safari starts in Kampala – the capital city where you get to visit the city in a tour that will be both cultural, religious and historical. From Kampala, you will go east to Mbale where you will meet the Ugandans who grow Arabica Coffee. From Mbale, you will head to Nsenyi Village via Lake Mburo National Park where you get immersed in village life. You finish with a Gorilla tracking/trekking experience and a visit to Queen Elizabeth N.P.

In Mgahinga, you will meet the Nyakagezi group – the only resident habituated gorilla group in the area The best time to visit for tracking is during the two dry seasons when the park is easily accessed. This 8-day safari mixes tracking lions in Queen Elizabeth National Park, chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park and Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You spend 3-hours with a research team that works to conserve and study lions in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

This 10-day safari ideal for family takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - the highlight of your safari for a date with the gentle giants. Before and after your amazing encounter with the endangered gorillas, you visit two of Ugandas Savannah parks. In Queen Elizabeth National Park, you go on a boat safari along the Kazinga channel and then you can chose a nature walk in Lake Mburo National Park. Not to forget the extra day you relax at the beautiful and scenic Lake Bunyonyi.

This 9-day primate safari will take you to Kibale Forest National Park, considered the primate capital of the world, Queen Elizabeth National Park. From Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will continue onto the home of the gentle giants (Mountain Gorillas) – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After your date with the gentle giants, you will travel to Mgahinga for a Batwa ‘pygmies’ cultural experience via Lake Bunyonyi and concludes with a visit to the Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary.

This Gorilla safari takes you to either Mgahinga Gorilla National Park on Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda via Kigali, the Rwandan capital. The safari starts when you are picked up at Kigali International Airport, Rwanda and are transferred to a Kigali city hotel for overnight. You later cross to Uganda. In Uganda, you will track the Mountain Gorillas as well as the Golden Monkeys. You then cross back to Rwanda and head to the airport for your onward flight home.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a verdant magnificent swathe of rain forest across the steep ridges of the Albertine Rift. It is a treasure chest of flora and fauna with ten Gorilla groups currently available to be tracked by visitors. This safari begins with a visit to Lake Mburo N.P – one of two parks in Uganda where it is allowed to go for a bush walk with an experienced ranger guide to see game at close range. You could choose a bush walk, horse-back safari or ride in the park on a mountain bike as you view game. You will then continue to Bwindi Impenetrable N.P for your date with the gentle giants. You will then continue to Queen Elizabeth N.P where you will end your safari before returning to Entebbe for departure home.
